We are now looking to recruit a Legal Counsel Part-time position 50-75%

Job description:

In close cooperation with both Product Management and Compliance, the in-house Legal Counsel will be providing support a number of dedicated alternative investment fund mandates. Your activities will include the following:

Monitoring legal and regulatory developments impacting BKN and the services provided to our clients
Advising and supporting directors, management and staff on legal and regulatory matters
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating service agreements and fund offering documents in close cooperation with clients and service providers
Liaising with clients and their legal advisers on legal and regulatory aspects during the on-boarding process and ongoing business relationship

Your profile:

At least 3-5 years of post-qualification experience acquired in a law firm or in-house
Knowledge of the alternative investment fund industry and its legislation would be an advantage
Very good verbal and written communication and drafting skills
Ability to work efficiently, diligently and independently in an international environment
Accurate and detail-oriented with sound judgement and integrity
