Aroundtown invests in residential real estate through its subsidiary Grand City Properties S.A. ("GCP"), a publicly traded real estate company that focuses on investing in value-add opportunities predominantly in the German residential real estate market.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated paralegal to join our legal team and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, drafting legal documents, and administrative tasks.

Your task

  • Preparation of legal documents (board of directors/shareholder(s) meetings regarding day-to-day matters)
  • Arrangement, drafting and coordination of documentation for board meetings
  • Supporting in set-up, corporate maintenance, and liquidation of companies
  • Handling and coordination of KYC requests together with the group KYC team, and AML tasks such as RBE filings
  • Filing of changes with the Luxembourg trade and companies register
  • Assisting with documents management, including organizing and maintaining legal files

Your profile

  • Ability to work and succeed in a multi-cultural environment
  • 3 years of Luxembourg experience in a Law firm, fiduciary, or a fund
  • Relevant experience handling corporate secretary, or full life cycle and administration of Luxembourg entities
  • Preference for a Legal degree
  • English and French are compulsory, German is a plus
  • Highly organized, proactive with great attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of applications, particulary Word
  • Capacity to work independently on own initiative
  • Clear communicator
