The Paralegal/Company Secretary will be a member of our global legal department embedded in the Luxembourg legal team. He/She will mainly work with a group of LA based attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants on matters related to the formation and closings of investment funds, investments made by the funds, review and negotiation of various agreements related to corporate and fund activities, provide support to business groups and other corporate matters.
