Baker McKenzie announces the arrival of Annie Elfassi as Partner

Annie Elfassi has joined Baker McKenzie Luxembourg as Partner since 1st August 2019. She will contribute to developing and strengthening the Litigation and Employment departments.

Annie Elfassi is a renowned expert in Dispute resolution and Employment matters. She is experienced in labor law issues in an international context, particularly in the complex areas of pension benefits, social security and corporate restructuring.

She advises and assists clients on dispute resolution, employment law, contract law, corporate law, and intellectual property rights. She manages all aspects of shareholder disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty or fraud. Annie has a strong experience in commercial litigation, insolvency procedure and debt collection. She has also been involved in transactional and arbitration work.

Recently selected as being among the World's leading Labor & Employment Lawyers by Who's Who Legal, Annie Elfassi is regularly ranked in the Chambers and Legal500 legal guides for her work in employment law and litigation.

Annie is an active member of several professional associations locally and at an international level.  She regularly intervenes at conferences and publishes articles.

Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Annie Elfassi was a member of the Litigation and Risk Management practice of a leading Luxembourg law firm after working for nearly 8 years in a local law firm as Counsel and litigation attorney. She is admitted to the Luxembourg bar since 2003.
