Allen & Overy has advised GB Life Luxembourg S.A. (GB Life) and its current shareholder in the sale of 100% of GB Life’s share capital to Foyer S.A., the leading privately held financial group in Luxembourg. This transaction is subject to the approval of the Commissariat aux Assurances.
