In June 2017, Luther S.A. assisted Danaher Corporation in relation to the issuance by its subsidiary of EUR 250 million aggregate principal amount of floating rate senior notes due 2022 and EUR 600 million aggregate principal amount of 1.200% senior notes due 2027.
Luther S.A. acted as legal advisor on the Luxembourg legal aspects and was in particular in charge of the review of the notes issuance documentation, the issuance of the legal opinions and the drafting of any related corporate documents.
