At the official award ceremony on Thursday 3 March 2016, ATOZ Tax Advisors Luxembourg received the Great Place to Work certification for the fourth year in a row. ATOZ was singled out for its high level of camaraderie between coworkers, in particular during a fundraising event for the European Leukodystrophies Association initiated by an employee whose family has been touched by the disease.
The Great Place to Work institute assesses, through anonymous surveys, organizations’ cultures, policies, practices, taking into account employees’ experiences and the benefits provided. The survey measures the presence of five characteristics in the workplace: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
