Vandenbulke expands its partnership with new hire of Clifford Chance Counsel, Peter-Jan Bossuyt

Vandenbulke which has known a new dramatic 40% turnover growth rate in 2014, fueled by its banking and finance practice, will accelerate its recruitment in 2015 to satisfy the rising clients demand. In a first stage of expansion, Peter-Jan Bossuyt, counsel at Clifford Chance, has joined Vandenbulke's partnership as 1st of January 2015.

Peter-Jan Bossuyt brings to Vandenbulke more than ten years of acute legal expertise in the Banking, Finance and Capital Market practice. Clients will also benefit from his insolvency competences and international exposure in sophisticated and complex pan European and transatlantic financial deals. Before spending almost 8 years in Clifford Chance, Peter-Jan started his career at ‘White Shoe Firm' White & Case, Brussels. Peter-Jan speaks French, English and Dutch fluently and has a working proficiency in German and Portuguese. He is also a regular speaker at conferences in his area of expertise.

Other recent addition to the team includes also Francesco Del Pesce. Francesco has joined Vandenbulke's Banking, Finance and Capital Market practice in 2014 and was previously lawyer at Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli, Milan, the leading Italian business law firm. He will add the Italian jurisdiction to the existing multi-jurisdictional capabilities of the firm. Francesco is a lawyer admitted in Luxembourg and Milan and speaks English, French, Italian and Spanish.
