Stibbe announces the upcoming relocation of its Luxembourg office to the iconic Emerald building in the Cloche d’Or district, effective 30 January 2024. The new office accommodates the growth of the Luxembourg office and provides all facilities to foster collaboration and client hospitality.
As of 30 January 2024, the Stibbe Luxembourg office will move to its new location at 26, Boulevard F.W. Raiffeisen, L-2411 Luxembourg, situated in the Cloche d'Or district within the Gasperich quarter. Strategically positioned in the southern part of Luxembourg, Cloche d'Or is a recently developed urban living district, encompassing a diverse mix of residential, leisure, commercial, and corporate spaces. This lively district is home to several leading companies alongside high-quality accommodations, boutiques, and restaurants.
Stibbe will occupy floors 4 to 6 within The Emerald, a distinguished 6-story office building characterized by an emerald-coloured façade and a total surface area of 6,841 square meters. The building is set to achieve an ‘excellent’ BREEAM rating, underscoring the sustainability level of the building.
