Dentons strengthens Luxembourg Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice with the hire of Counsel Hélène Retière

Global law firm Dentons has strengthened its Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Luxembourg with the appointment of Hélène Retière as a counsel and head of practice. 

Hélène started her career at Elvinger Hoss and then spent 6 years at Arendt & Medernach. With more than 8 years of litigation and dispute resolution experience, she has built an excellent reputation as a leading lawyer in in this area of law.

Hélène assists clients both in civil and commercial disputes. She also handles insurance claims and has developed, over the years, a broad experience in real estate litigation matters. Her areas of focus include a large range of sectors, comprising real estate, construction and insurance.

In addition, she frequently advises in drafting and negotiating various types of civil and commercial contracts.

Hélène holds a Master's in International Business Law from the University of Lorraine (France) and a Master of Laws from Jean Moulin Lyon III University (France). She has also been part of an exchange program from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (Germany). She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2016 and is a member of LILLA (Ladies in Law Luxembourg Association).
