Your responsibilities

As an Indirect Tax Lawyer:

  • Advise and assist clients on a wide range of VAT matters, both domestic and international.
  • Handle disputes and controversies with the Belgian VAT authorities.
  • Work on the VAT implications of complex structures and transactions.
  • Collaborate with international teams across different jurisdictions.
  • Contribute to high-quality client service within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Support and mentor more junior professionals when relevant.

Let’s talk about you

  • You have 4 to 6 years of experience in indirect tax, gained in a law firm or consulting environment.
  • You hold a law degree, ideally complemented by a postgraduate qualification in tax.
  • You have strong technical skills, excellent drafting abilities and a commercial mindset.
  • You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
  • You enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-evolving environment.
