My client is an international Law Firm providing a full range and tailor-made services to their clients. Present in Luxembourg since few years, they are highly developing the market and are facing an increase of work. For this reason, they would like to increase their corporate team.

Your role?

• Advise your clients in corporate matters
   
• Handle M&A cases and full corporate matters
   
• Work on cross-matter cases
   
• Have a diversified portfolio

Key profile and Expertise?

• Have at least 2 years of experience in Corporate Law in a Law Firm
   
• Profile From Paris and London are welcome
   
• Hold the bar in an European country
   
• English or French Native
   
• Motivated person
   
• Quality oriented
   
• Hard Worker
