Kick off your professional journey with hands-on experience in our Legal Team. As a Legal Trainee, you’ll support the Legal & Compliance department with a mix of administrative and business-related tasks – learning how legal operates within the banking sector.

This opportunity is a full-time paid internship for up to 6 months. A student visa or authorisation to work in Luxembourg is required. Please submit your application in English, including your CV, motivation letter, and specify your availability (start and end date).

About the job | Your responsibilities

  • Handle legal documents – Assist with reviewing contracts, agreements, and NDAs.
  • Review customer claims – Support the analysis and assessment of incoming customer cases.
  • Cross-team collaboration – Work with other departments to complete legal-related tasks.
  • Administrative support – Help the team with general office and documentation duties.
  • Legal & ad-hoc tasks – Contribute to various ongoing and one-off legal activities.
  • Monthly reporting – Assist in preparing legal reports for management review.
  • Maintain records – Keep internal legal records accurate and up to date.
  • Project support – Help the team with current legal and compliance projects.

About you | Your background, skills and personality

  • Fresh grad, student or degree in hand? – You either are enrolled or recently graduated.
  • Tech-savvy & adaptable – You are confident using Excel, Word and Power Point and pick up new tools quickly. You can handle confidential and sensitive issues.
  • Curious & analytical – You are eager to understand how things work, dig into data, and uncover insights.
  • Open-minded – You’re curious, adaptable and culturally aware.
  • Language lover – While English is our corporate language, fluency in Spanish is essential for this role.
