Within a small and specialized team, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of often complex legal assignments, mainly in support of and in collaboration with legal advisers of other CSSF departments or for the Executive Board directly.
In your daily business you are being asked to solve various legal issues which are submitted to the legal department, through a process of reflection and drafting. Legal issues related to the exercise by the CSSF of its statutory powers are a significant part of your work, which also includes, as the case may be, the follow-up of enforcement files (with the exception of issues relating to AML/CFT) and of cases involving the CSSF as a party before courts.
The position also involves contributing to in the development of the regulatory framework and of the supervisory tools.
