Real estate law at this level goes far beyond property.

From complex transactions to high-stakes litigation, the ALTIUS Real Estate team advises on acquisitions, development projects, lease agreements and financing structures, with regular crossover into environmental, planning and energy law.

• Advise on real estate transactions, from acquisitions and disposals to development and investment structures
•  Draft and negotiate contracts across a broad range of real estate matters
•  Litigate before relevant courts when disputes arise
•  Handle assignments in related areas: environmental, planning, energy and public procurement law

•  Belgian bar qualification with at least 3 years of experience in real estate law
•  Fluency in French and English; working knowledge of Dutch
•  Strong drafting skills and a pragmatic, hands-on approach
•  Curiosity for multidisciplinary matters and related regulatory fields
•  International experience or exposure is a plus

•  A competitive package: €4,500 – €6,500/month depending on experience, plus performance bonus
