Your tasks 

As Compliance Officer :

  • You will collaborate with Group compliance and local compliance officers and setup a yearly priority list for governance topics defined by the Teseos management and align with the Group
  • You will provide compliance advice and recommendations as deemed appropriate and further to requests from management and employees
  • You support the subsidiary-level managers in their mission at operational level and foster exchanges/synergies within Encevo’s compliance communities
  • You monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies
  • You support risk management and communication functions with ad hoc tasks

As Secretary of the Board : 

  • You will organize and coordinate Teseos Board of Directors meetings, distribute agendas, board packs, and supporting documentation
  • You will draft, maintain and archive minutes and resolutions, and maintain corporate records (registers, mandates, resolutions) for Teseos Board of Directors and all Teseos entities
  • You will ensure timely filings and publications in the trade register

Your profile

  • You hold a master’s degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Business Administration, Law or a related field.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar function
  • You demonstrate a proven ability to drive change in a multi-entity environment.
  • You show strong collaboration and communication skills
  • You communicate fluently in English orally and in writing. Proficiency in French and/or German is a strong asset.
