Tax Law Intern

You will join our Tax team in Luxembourg as a Junior Tax Officer Intern. You will support corporate tax, structuration projects, and process optimization, contributing to the efficiency and compliance of the group’s financial activities. 

Corporate Tax 

• Assist in updating and adjusting transfer pricing documentation (Local file, Master file). 
• Support the implementation of transfer pricing requirements (CBCR). 
• Help with the follow-up on ongoing tax audits. 
• Assist financial partners in completing annual tax returns. 
• Support the creation and submission of tax documentation. 
• Answer VAT-related queries and assist with foreign VAT recovery. 

Structuration 

• Assist in maintaining and updating the Group organizational chart and shareholding structures. 
• Participate in intra-group tax analysis, including mergers and acquisitions. 
• Support Management Package implementation and follow-up. 
• Assist in due diligence tasks for the acquisition of external companies. 

IT & Process Optimization 

• Support the integration of the Tax department into the group’s ERP system. 

• Academic background: Master’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Tax Law, or a related field. 
• Strong interest in corporate tax and structuration. 
• Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken). 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
• Proactive mindset and strong analytical skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment. 
• Experience with AI generative tools is a plus.
