Join Macquarie Asset Management’s Corporate Governance team in Luxembourg, where we oversee the governance management of a portfolio of holding companies across several infrastructure funds. Our team works closely with global legal and specialist teams to ensure good governance practices and compliance with Luxembourg corporate law, Macquarie policies, and principles. What role will you play?

You will help to lead the day-to-day management of governance for Luxembourg holding companies, ensuring obligations and good practice are upheld. You will coordinate sizable business transactions, including asset acquisitions, distributions, realisations, refinancing, and restructurings, working closely with legal advisors and various internal and external stakeholders. Your role will also involve organising and managing Board meetings, shareholder approvals, corporate filings, and KYC requests, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies.

What you offer

  • Transferable experience as a lawyer, governance professional, or company secretary, with an understanding of corporate administration and financial services
  • Degree educated, fluent in English (knowledge of French or German considered a plus)
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Highly organised, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as within a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Motivated, proactive, resilient, and able to demonstrate sound business judgement and strong interpersonal skills
