The Private Equity Team leverages on its integrated and global investment platform “Tiera Capital” to offer clients bespoke investment solutions through advisory and discretionary solutions. To further enhance support to clients, CA Indosuez (Europe) is looking to extend its services to execution only clients, hence will act as investor in a large range of Private markets funds.

The Private Equity Paralegal Associate will act as a legal support for CA Indosuez (Europe) and attached to the local Private Equity Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal/regulatory due diligences on Private Market funds.
Be involved in the subscription process of Private Market funds.
Review Private Markets funds partnership agreements, PPM's and other investment materials.
Participate in the negotiation & drafting of investment documents, including subscription documents, side letters and any other legal/regulatory document applicable to the PE funds under management.
Interact with internal/external legal counsel for alternative investments.
Liaising with internal Compliance and Fund administration teams.
Support the Private Equity team in various legal day-to-day matters and group projects.

Critères candidat

Niveau d'études minimum

Bac + 3 / L3

Formation / Spécialisation

Bachelor's Degree in Finance

Niveau d'expérience minimum

3 - 5 ans

Expérience

At least 2-3 years of working experience in such activities or law firm or as in-house legal counsel, preferably in private markets

Compétences recherchées

Good knowledge of the financial sector (fund industry would be an asset)
Good and solid legal/regulatory drafting skills
Flexible and pragmatic team player with the ability to set accurate priorities

Outils informatiques

Very good knowledge about the MS Office Suite

Langues

Fluent in both spoken and written French and English
