We're seeking an Administrator (Corporate Secretarial / Legal) in Luxembourg, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As an Administrator (Corporate Secretarial / Legal), you will be responsible for managing the daily administration activities of corporate entities in Luxembourg and supporting transaction execution. You will also undertake corporate secretarial tasks, including convening, attending and taking minutes at board meetings and meetings of shareholders.

In the Administrator (Corporate Secretarial / Legal) role, you can expect to:

  • Manage the daily administration activities of corporate entities in Luxembourg and support transaction execution
  • Conduct corporate secretarial tasks, including convening, attending and taking minutes at board meetings and meetings of shareholders
  • Make and keep track of necessary corporate, regulatory and tax filings
  • Perform various office tasks (arranging files, emails, preparing documents etc)
  • Establish, improve, and support the implementation of standard documentation, processes and procedures

To apply for this Administrator (Corporate Secretarial / Legal) role, you will need a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position. You will also require the following:

  • Organised and able to coordinate several tasks in parallel
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a professional relationship with the team
  • Comfort with standard office and IT hardware and knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English
