Nicolas Mille, part of Ogier’s Luxembourg corporate and commercial team, has a 9-year experience in the field of corporate finance and M&A. He has worked on a wide range of legal issues including cross-border mergers or demergers, review and negotiation of security documents, JV agreements, facility agreements or SPAs, intra-group financing and restructuring.
Nicolas has worked for private equity houses, institutional clients, small and medium-size enterprises and high net wealth individuals, providing them legal advice and services on the setting-up, the financing and/or the restructuring of unregulated Luxembourg vehicles, as well as structuring cross-border acquisitions including structuring and restructuring, joint ventures, mergers/demergers and liquidations.
Before joining Ogier in 2015, Nicolas was head of legal in a Luxembourg fiduciary services company; he was also lawyer with several top tier law firms in Luxembourg where he specialized in corporate restructuring and M&A transactions.
Nicolas holds a French master’s degree in business law (DESS Droit des Affaires) and was admitted in 2005 to the Bar of Lille (France) and in 2008 to the Bar of Luxembourg.
