Catherine Cathiard joins Wildgen, Partners in Law to strengthen the corporate department and to assist international and local clients on corporate law with a strong focus on European company law.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1989 and to Luxembourg Bar in 2013, Catherine specialises in corporate law and more specifically on European company law including European Companies (SE), cross-border mergers and cross-border transfer of seats. As such, she was appointed as an Expert to assist the Commission of Legal Affairs of the European Parliament in European company law. Catherine also provides legal services and assistance for investment in vineyard and art.
