Global law firm Clifford Chance announces that Aurélien Favier will join its Luxembourg office as Counsel in the Funds team on 1 March 2025. Aurélien brings almost 20 years of experience in fund structuring and legal support for alternative asset managers, most recently as Head of Fund Legal PE/RE at Pictet Group. Aurélien has held senior roles at DLA Piper, Société Générale Securities Services, and Loyens & Loeff. He advises on the formation and restructuring of Luxembourg-based investment funds, with a focus on alternative asset classes and private equity.
