Global law firm White & Case LLP has announced the addition of a Dispute Resolution practice in Luxembourg, with a focus on commercial litigation, international arbitration, regulatory, white collar, enforcement proceedings and debt recovery.
The practice will be led by Alexandre Hublet, newly-appointed local partner in the Global Commercial Litigation Practice. Based in Luxembourg and Belgium and practicing in both jurisdictions, Alexandre has extensive experience representing domestic and cross-border clients in complex commercial disputes, national and international arbitration, white collar investigations, and public international law.
