Stefano Giovannetti joined NautaDutilh Avocats Luxembourg as Head of Business Relations. He is responsible for developing and managing client relationships, with a particular focus on investment firms, asset managers, banks and institutional clients. In this role, Stefano creates and fosters professional relationships with new and existing clients, facilitating the structuring of their business in Luxembourg and abroad and familiarising them with the firm's services and practice areas.
Stefano has over 20 years' experience in the securities services and funds sector, including both traditional funds (UCITS) and alternative investment funds, such as hedge, private equity, venture capital and real estate funds.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Stefano spent over 10 years with a global banking institution as a senior manager for business development and the structuring of investment solutions.
Stefano holds a master's degree (2017) and a bachelor's degree in law (2016) from the Universidad Nebrija in Madrid. He also holds a bachelor's degree in law from the Università degli Studi di Pisa (1997).
