Your mission

  • Management of your own portfolio of SPV companies in the areas of credit, private equity and securitization
  • Ongoing day-to-day legal support for your client portfolio from incorporation to liquidation
  • Ensuring an in-depth knowledge of your client files and of company secretarial operations 
  • Preparing and leading board and shareholders´ meetings 
  • Liaising closely with notaries and international law firms
  • Staying informed about legal and regulatory developments in Luxembourg
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects (e.g. transfer pricing, DAC 6)
  • Ensuring updates and correctness of registers
  • Ensuring services are delivered with quality, accuracy and in a timely manner

Your profile

  • You hold an university degree in Law
  • You have at least 4 years of relevant experience as a Legal Counsel or in a similar role
  • You have a sound knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
  • You have the ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service to our clients
  • You always take a solution oriented approach to resolving problems
  • You have the capacity and affinity to work in an international and teamwork-orientated environment
  • You are fluent in English, written and spoken, German will be an asset
