This includes the creation and supply of digital identities, electronic signatures, electronic signature validation, electronic archiving, secure document collaboration & exchange, authentication and timestamping.

Summary

We are looking for a Legal Trainee with a strong interest in digital trust, commercial law, who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and regulated tech environment. The ideal candidate combines solid analytical skills with a proactive mindset and is comfortable working across multiple legal topics from contract review to EU regulatory monitoring.

Missions of the role

  • Support the Legal team in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
  • Assist in the preparation of contractual documentation related to digital trust services, electronic signature solutions and identity management services.
  • Contribute to the review and update of general terms and conditions, policies and contractual templates.
  • Support the Legal teams on regulatory matters related to eIDAS, DORA, NIS2, GDPR and other applicable frameworks.
  • Assist in monitoring regulatory developments at Luxembourg and EU levels and prepare internal legal summaries.
  • Participate in the preparation of regulatory documentation and internal governance documentation.
  • Support legal analysis related to risk management, liability, and contractual exposure.
  • Contribute to legal research and preparation of legal notes for internal stakeholders.

 

Required skills

  • Qualifications / diploma(s): Studies for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
  • Technical Competencies:
    • Understanding of contract law and fundamentals of commercial law
    • Basic knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks (eIDAS, DORA, NIS2, GDPR)
    • Ability to analyze contractual clauses
    • Legal research skills
    • Languages: French and English fluent. Any other language is an asset.
  • Specific skills:
