Your mission

Managing autonomously your own portfolio of non-regulated Luxembourg investment vehicles (Soparfis in the area of Real Estate)

  • Organizing board and shareholders´ meetings
  • Drafting board meeting minutes and other relevant legal documents
  • Supporting and guiding junior team members in their daily work
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
  • Providing ongoing legal and corporate services to your client portfolio
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Staying informed about legal and regulatory developments in Luxembourg
  • Participating in cross-departmental projects (e.g. transfer pricing, DAC 6)

Your profile

  • You have at least 5 years of working experience as a Corporate Officer or in a similar position in Luxembourg 
  • You have advanced knowledge in the Luxembourg corporate law and governance framework
  • Your style of working is characterized by diligence, reliability and respect of confidentiality
  • You demonstrate analytical and conceptual intellectual power, problem-solving, flexibility and strong communication skills
  • You are a team player with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels and to mentor team members
  • You have a perfect command of German and English
