New promotions at NautaDutilh Avocats Luxembourg

NautaDutilh Avocats Luxembourg is pleased to announce the promotion of five lawyers; three counsel and two senior associates across its Banking & Finance, Corporate and Tax practices. These promotions follow the recent appointment of Antoine Laniez as litigation and arbitration partner.

These promotions reflect our continuous full spectrum of high quality services and the success of our Luxembourg office as whole."

Counsel

Nicolas Bonora is a counsel in the firm's Banking & Finance practice. He is specialized in secured lending, restructurings and debt capital markets transactions. Nicolas has a broad experience on (i) both the borrower side and the lending side of syndicated credit facilities with Luxembourg borrowers and/or Luxembourg guarantors and (ii) as Luxembourg adviser on high yield debt issuance. His experience also includes securitisation transactions and fund finance.

Nicolas holds a Master degree in Business Law from the University of Strasbourg and obtained a postgraduate degree in Banking and Financial Law from the same university.

Audrey Derep is a counsel in the firm's Tax practice. She assists clients on all kinds of tax matters including the tax aspects of structured finance, tax advice in the context of M&A, corporate restructurings, real estate and infrastructure, financing transactions, private equity as well as venture capital transactions. Audrey also regularly assists clients on FATCA, CRS and CbC aspects as well as tax audit and procedures.

Audrey holds a Master degree in Law from the UCL.

Aline Nassoy is a counsel in the firm's Corporate practice. She assists clients on various corporate and finance matters including M&A, financial restructuring, general corporate and commercial advice. She has notably strong expertise in private equity deals, joint ventures and group restructuring.

Aline holds a Master in Private International Law from the University of Nancy.

Senior Associates:

Thibaud Herberigs is a senior associate in the firm's Corporate practice. He has been involved in a wide variety of corporate transactions, including cross-border M&A and redomiciliations, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, management incentive plans, and general corporate matters. Thibaud graduated from the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL) with a master's degree in corporate & tax law.

Thibaud Muller is a senior associate in the firm's Banking & Finance practice. He assists clients on various financial, transactional and regulatory matters including capital markets, securitisation, financial products, international credit structures and listing regulations. His clients are primarily banks and other financial institutions.
Thibaud obtained a Master II degree in Banking and Finance Law from the University of Strasbourg.

NautaDutilh Avocats Luxembourg currently counts over 60 lawyers and 25 staff members.
