NautaDutilh reinforces its Intellectual Property, Technology and Competition law practice

Lindsay Korytko has recently joined NautaDutilh Luxembourg's Intellectual Property, Technology and Competition law practice as a senior associate. He assists clients on IT contracts and outsourcing arrangements, digital transformation projects (including on e-signature and e-archiving), data protection, e-commerce, IP and general commercial matters.

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Lindsay worked for a magic circle law firm and a Big Four affiliated law firm in Luxembourg. In 2017 and 2018, Lindsay was seconded to a Luxembourg-based qualified trust service provider to deal with eIDAS regulatory and GDPR compliance issues and to draft, review and negotiate IT contracts. In 2016, Lindsay also gained in-house experience on secondment to a Luxembourg private bank, where he handled IT-related regulatory and data protection matters in the context of a major outsourcing project in 2016.

Lindsay holds a master's degree in European and International Intellectual Property law from the University of Strasbourg (2013) and in private law from the University Paris II Panthéon Assas (2012) as well as an LL.B. degree in English law from University College London (2010). Lindsay was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2016.

With the arrival of Lindsay, NautaDutilh Luxembourg now counts 6 lawyers exclusively dedicated to intellectual property & technology law.
