If you are experiencing issues with a consumer rights dispute, you can turn to the Clinique du Droit for free legal advice.
The Clinique du Droit is organised in the framework of the Master in European Private Law and allows students to gain practical experience in dealing with real-life cases. They are supported in their work by Prof. Elise Poillot and her team as well as the Luxembourg bar association (Barreau de Luxembourg).
Members of the public can submit their case using an online platform to describe the issue of the dispute. Only cases involving claims below €5,000 and falling under Luxembourg consumer law will be processed.
While our students cannot act as legal representation, they can provide free advice on the next steps to take as a consumer.
