Maxime Bertomeu-Savalle has proven experience in all aspects of corporate law, including group restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions and management incentivisation.
Maxime joined Linklaters LLP Luxembourg in 2010 and seconded the private equity practice of Linklaters’ London office in 2014.
