Dentons signs Diversity Charters across Europe

Global law firm Dentons announced  that it has signed the Diversity Charters in seven countries across Europe: Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Poland and the Czech Republic.  Additionally, Dentons’ Luxembourg office has committed to signing the Diversity Charter at its annual signing ceremony in March 2017. Together with the latter joining, these will represent all European countries where Dentons has offices and at the same time, where Diversity Charters exist.

Diversity Charters are voluntary initiatives that provide companies with support and best practices in promoting diversity. As a signatory, Dentons commits to taking action to promote diversity and inclusion and ban discrimination in the workplace.

As the world’s first polycentric law firm, diversity is in our DNA,” said Tomasz Dąbrowski, Chief Executive Officer of Dentons Europe. “By bringing together diverse skills, personalities and strengths, we can better understand the needs of our clients and develop more creative and innovative solutions. We are committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all our people feel empowered to contribute their best.”
