On behalf of a medium-sized Law firm, we are looking for junior and senior Corporate Lawyers
We are looking for Junior and/or Senior profiles.
Today, we are assisting a medium-sized Law firm specializing in international and local corporations, private equity houses, real estate investors, financial institutions,... This company values hard work and a good mindset, and they are proud of the quality they provide to their clients.
You work - Lawyer / Jurist:
The successful candidate will assist and advise clients (Mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganization,...)
Close cooperation with team members
Draft agreements & transactional documents
Review agreements & transactional documents
client’s relationships
Your profile - Lawyer / Jurist:
Experience in Luxembourg within a law firm preferably
Master’s degree (or similar degree) in law
French and English, written and spoken
Good team player and, at the same time, capable to work autonomously
