Your responsibilities

• You will assist clients on M&A transactions and corporate law matters
   
• You will draft legal and regulatory documentation

Your profile

• You hold a University degree in law
   
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a law firm in Luxembourg
   
• You are fluent in spoken and written English and French; German being considered as a strong asset
   
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
   
• You are pro-active and a hard-worker
