CM Law is looking to add a talented Corporate - Financial Lawyer / Jurist to its team. In this position, your typical day will see you working on a wide range of client files, amongst which you will find international and local corporations, private equity houses, real estate investors, financial institutions, entrepreneurs... Under the supervision of the Partner in charge of the department, your main focus areas will be to:

• Assist and advise clients on corporate and / or financial transactions (corporate restructurings, mergers & acquisitions, migrations, joint ventures.)
   
• Draft and review agreements and transactional documents
   
• Follow-up on client requests and take part in client meetings or conference calls
   
• Ensure legal monitoring on Corporate / Financial matters and conduct legal researches
   
• Be part of a team and work in close cooperation with the other team members

We are looking for a lawyer who:

• Has 2 to 5 years' experience in the corporate or financial practice areas, ideally in Luxembourg

• Holds a Master's degree (or similar degree) in law, ideally completed by a post-graduate degree

• Has an excellent command of French and English, written and spoken. A good command of German or Luxembourgish is an advantage.

• Likes to take initiatives and is pro-active
