BREXIT - pourquoi les fonds d’investissement et sociétés britanniques se délocalisent au Luxembourg ?

Ces derniers jours, le monde entier a été témoin d’un évènement d’une importance majeure. Il s’agit du fameux « BREXIT » qui va avoir un impact non négligeable sur l’avenir du secteur financier non seulement de la Grande Bretagne mais aussi d’autres pays membres de l’Union européenne et plus particulièrement de l’un des pays fondateurs, le Luxembourg.

Fighting tax evasion: The European Union and the Principality of Monaco initial new tax transparency agreement

The EU and Monaco have today initialled a new tax transparency agreement marking another major step forward in the fight against tax evasion.

The agreement provides that Monaco and EU Member States will automatically exchange information on the financial accounts of one another's residents from 2018.
