CMS Luxembourg welcomes new Senior Counsel in Dispute Resolution

CMS Luxembourg is pleased to announce the arrival of Antoine Reillier as Senior Counsel and CoHead of its Dispute Resolution practice. Antoine specialises in both domestic and cross-border litigation in the field of civil, commercial and corporate law. He has a particular focus on corporate law matters (including shareholders’ disputes, post-acquisition claims and director liability claims) and financial law matters (including matters related to the liability of professionals in the financial sector, securities law and bankruptcy). Before joining CMS Luxembourg, Antoine worked in the litigation team of Allen & Overy Luxembourg and at Molitor. He was admitted to the Paris and Luxembourg Bars in 2015. Frédéric Feyten, Managing Partner, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Antoine to CMS. Antoine has extensive experience in dispute resolution combined with a broad litigation practice that complements and reinforces our team’s strengths and will prove extremely valuable to clients. Antoine’s arrival builds on our ongoing commitment to further strengthen and develop our Dispute Resolution practice in line with the needs of our clients.” Antoine adds: “I’m thrilled to join a firm as dynamic and forward-thinking as CMS Luxembourg. Dispute Resolution is becoming increasingly technical with more and more cross-border issues. In this view, it is essential to be able to rely on other strong practices and on a well-established international network. CMS Luxembourg has all these ingredients on top of an entrepreneurial spirit which was very appealing for me.” Currently comprised of five lawyers and lead jointly by Hugo Arellano and Antoine, our Dispute Resolution team will keep assisting both local and international clients in all forms of dispute resolution while strengthening its resources and expertise. Over the past year, CMS Luxembourg has significantly strengthened its expertise and capacity in Luxembourg with several strategic recruitments and now counts more than 60 lawyers, including six partners and three senior counsels.
