DLA Piper announces the appointment of Constantin Iscru as counsel in its Finance and Projects (F&P) practice, based in Luxembourg.
Constantin joins the firm from Clifford Chance, where he has been working for the last nine years in their Banking, Finance & Capital Markets department. His practice focuses on acquisition finance, bank lending, real estate finance, acting for lenders and borrowers in cross border and local transactions, as well as restructuring matters.
Xavier Guzman, partner and head of the F&P team in Luxembourg, said: “Constantin is a great fit for our team and his appointment complements our ambitious plans for the Finance practice, particularly in the areas of acquisition and real estate finance.
