Cécile has contributed tremendously to the consolidation and expansion of our expertise in this field of law. With this promotion, we want to highlight our established and increasing presence in the European and local electricity and gas markets.
Cécile Musialski is a lawyer specialised in energy law, registered at the Bars of Brussels and Paris. She focuses on legal support for the promotion of the EU market integration and for the development of sustainable technologies. She is particularly involved in conducting missions that present legal vacuums that require to be addressed with original and pioneering legal solutions. Over the last years, she had the opportunity to advise international institutions, national regulators, market entrants, established operators and industrials on topics that shape the energy markets of tomorrow across Europe: - shale gas extraction; - integration of gas and electricity markets (transmission segment), including EU network codes; - smart cities and smart grids (large-scale development of electric vehicle infrastructure, smart consumption, distributed generation and energy storage); - regional and pan-Regional coupling of wholesale electricity markets; - large transnational offshore transmission infrastructure; - among others. Cécile Musialski enjoys taking time to reflect on her work and publishes scientific contributions on a regular basis. She is also regularly invited as a speaker in industry seminars and conferences.
