Norton Rose Fulbright expands investment funds team with Luxembourg hire

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced the appointment of Luxembourg-based counsel Franck Cera

Franck, who joins the firm from DCL Avocats, advises a range of financial institutions and other clients in relation to banking and finance, investment funds and financial services regulation matters.  

This includes advising on the structuring, formation, offering and organization of regulated and unregulated investment funds. Franck also has extensive knowledge of EU and Luxembourg financial services regulation, including AIFM, MiFIDII and PRIIPS. Over the course of his career, he was in-house counsel at Société Générale Luxembourg. 

Franck is a member of the Paris and Luxembourg bars and is fluent in French, English and Italian.
