Synopsis : Since the onset of the global health crisis, companies whose activities were compatible with teleworking, have been invited to use this work organisation method. Even beyond the crisis, many companies are rethinking their ways of working in order to maintain a certain level of teleworking in the long term. What are the key points to consider when implementing a teleworking policy ? From formal requirements to the controversial issues of cost reimbursement and work accident while working from home, we will take you through the main topics to be taken into account, notably in light of the new New Convention on teleworking dated 20 October 2020.
