Norton Rose Fulbright strengthens corporate team with hire in Luxembourg

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has strengthened its Luxembourg team with the hire of corporate lawyer William Tanguy who joins the firm as counsel. William joins from Van Campen Liem.

William has 14 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, complex restructurings and other corporate and financial matters at both domestic and international levels. William advises on issues relating to mergers and acquisitions and group reorganizations. He advises private equity funds on structuring their investments on acquisitions and joint ventures and has advised on a number of cross-border transactions. He has also advised US multinationals on the reorganization of their group of companies and use of Luxembourg corporate vehicles and contractual instruments.
