On 1st September 2021, KLEYR | GRASSO strengthened its Corporate Finance department with the arrival of Sylvain Lesaffre as Counsel and of TeolinaTentchev as Senior Associate.
Sylvain Lesaffre specialises in business law. In addition to his extensive experience in international company restructurings, he assists his clients, as buyers or sellers, in their M&A operations. He also covers the financing aspects of the transactions, such as the drafting and review of credit agreements and security documentation.
Sylvain studied at the universities of Cergy-Pontoise and Canterbury. After completing his studies and several work experiences, including in law firms in France, he joined a Luxembourg law firm member of an international network in 2012.
TeolinaTentchev also specialises in business law. More specifically, she assists her clients in various corporate and commercial transactions including the implementation of corporate restructurings, the set-up of joint-ventures and refinancing.
Teolina studied at the University of Montpellier and took part in an exchange program at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. Following several internships in France, she joined a Luxembourg law firm member of an international network in 2015.
