OboTech Acquisition SE (ISIN: LU2334363566), a Luxembourg special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), has raised EUR 200,000,000 in an IPO on the Regulated Market (General Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 4 May 2021. It is the first SPAC focused on real estate technology (Proptech) and climate technology (Climatech) in Europe.
