Clifford Chance elects two new partners to the firm's partnership in Luxembourg

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance today announces the promotion of two new partners in Luxembourg effective 1 May 2021. They are part of a global cohort of 29 new partners drawn from all of the firm's market-leading practices and every region, with strong representation in particular across Europe, including the UK.

Stefanie Ferring, a member of the Luxembourg Banking, Finance & Capital Markets practice, specialises in general financing, real estate finance and insolvency and restructuring. Her practice focuses on cross-border financial restructurings as well as international and domestic real estate finance work for banks and financial investors. Stefanie is qualified in Luxembourg.

Maren Stadler-Tjan, a member of the Luxembourg Investment Funds practice, focuses on the structuring and set-up of alternative investment funds, including real estate, private equity, debt and infrastructure funds. Maren advises investors on their investments in private funds and leads the ESG initiative for the Luxembourg funds practice. Maren is qualified in Luxembourg and Germany.
