As of 1st July 2018, Delphine Tempé joined the Corporate Finance & Transactional department of Kleyr I Grasso as a partner.
Delphine advises numerous domestic and international clients, especially financial institutions, private equity houses as well as international groups, in their cross-border operations, mainly in M&A, reorganisations, restructurings and refinancing.
