Promotions at KLEYR | GRASSO

KLEYR | GRASSO has the honour to announce the following promotions which take effect on 1st January 2017:

Philippe Ney is promoted Partner;
Jérôme Burel, Emilie Waty and Fanny Mazeaud are promoted Counsel; and
Marc Frantz and Daniel Nerl are promoted Senior Associate.

Philippe Ney has been a member of the firm since 2010, when he joined the Employment and Social Law department. He has 10 years of experience in employment law related litigation and non-contentious matters, such as employment agreements, staff representation, internal policies, organisation of working time, collective bargaining agreements, workplace surveillance and immigration. Philippe is a regular speaker at seminars and training sessions.

Jérôme Burel joined the firm in 2005. Jérôme is specialised in corporate law and more specifically in corporate restructuring, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.

Emilie Waty was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2006 and joined the firm in 2012. She is specialised in commercial, banking and finance litigation and has extensive experience in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional litigation. Emilie also regularly lectures on commercial law at the House of Training.

Fanny Mazeaud has been a member of the firm since she was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2006. Fanny is specialised in real estate law and advises the firm’s clients on all aspects of commercial and tenancy leases, condominiums, and sales of real estate property. Fanny is also a lecturer at the CCDL and the House of Training.

Marc Frantz joined the firm in 2014. Marc is specialised in corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Daniel Nerl joined the firm’s Employment and Social Law department in 2014. Daniel is specialised in employment and social security law litigation.
