Ogier promotes four transactional experts in Luxembourg

Ogier has promoted four senior lawyers across its Banking and Finance and Investment Funds teams in Luxembourg.

In Banking and Finance, Caleb Holder has been promoted to counsel, while Chloé Dominici and Fabiana Popescu have both been promoted to senior associate. In Investment Funds, Milan Hauber has been promoted to managing associate.

"Ogier has achieved significant growth in Luxembourg since establishing its office in the jurisdiction 10 years ago, and fundamental to this success has been our commitment to developing and supporting talent within the firm. Providing opportunities for progression is an important part of what it means to put people first," said practice partner Bertrand Géradin.

"I'm delighted to see the hard work of these talented lawyers recognised and rewarded and I can't wait to see their careers develop further as they continue to contribute to our success going forward."

Milan advises clients on all matters related to Luxembourg investment funds, across a wide range of investment strategies and asset classes. He focuses on setting up regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds adopting all kinds of corporate forms. He also has expertise in fund financing on both lender and borrower side, and is part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team.

Caleb specialises in fund finance, real estate finance, syndicated lending transactions and has broad experience advising on debt listings on the Luxembourg Bourse, and is also part of Ogier's Private Equity team.

Fabiana joined Ogier in 2021 and works on a range of banking and finance transactions. Chloé, who also joined last year, has experience in all types of financial regulatory matters.

Ogier is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its Luxembourg office, which recently received stand-out praise in legal directories including Legal 500 EMEA 2022 and Leaders League.
