Ready for a new challenge? 

We are looking for a Senior Fund Officer for our client, a well known PSF, based in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will be in charge of of coordinating legal formalities for a client portfolio, mainly focused on regulated and unregulated Private Equity and Real Estate funds/companies or trust. Part of a small team of 5-7 person, the Senior Fund Officer will be in charge of his/her team and ensure that everything goes well with clients. 

Your tasks:

• Finalise board minutes, prepare complex board packs
• Act as corporate secretary
• Train, coach and support the team as and where required
• Maintain and review board/filing trackers
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
• Ensure prompt follow-up and timely execution of client requests
• Main point of contact for daily operations on complex clients
• Coordinate deliverables for a sub-team of typically up to 3 more junior team members in working closely together with (Assistant) Managers
• Manage audit processes
• Review board minutes of more junior team members
• Actively manage the team in the absence of CSM
• Review RCS, RBO, EMIR and general documents
• Understand fee agreements and identify out-of-scope services
• Coordinate with 3rd parties and support/remote functions
• Review of bank account opening forms

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, or in Company Law
• Experience in board resolutions, incorporation and liquidation of a company
• Great knowledge of Financial vehicles (SOPARFI, SICAR, SIF, RAIF)
• Fluent in English is a requirement, any other language is an advantage
